Frac Sand – Rail Transport to all locations from Wisconsin plant; direct truck to regional markets from Arkansas plant
Chieftain's Wisconsin plant manufactures ISO/API grade 20/40, 30/50 and 40/70 frac sand products. Chieftain’s Arkansas plant manufactures ISO/API grade 20/50, 40/70, 30/70 and 100mesh frac sand products. Both plants can produce other products to customer order. Chieftain’s mining operations and plant design are engineered to maintain product specifications, and to maintain finished product integrity during storage and load-out. Chieftain's two production plants serve all North American shale and conventional formations, including Eagle Ford, Permian, Bakken, Oklahoma, Mississippi Lime, Utica, Marcellus, Fayetteville, Haynesville, East Texas, Niobrara, and others.
Proppant Procurement and Logistics Support Services – North America
Chieftain’s team has the capability to manage the procurement and logistics on behalf of customers for third-party manufactured proppant anywhere in North America to any completion site in North America. Chieftain’s strategic partners (rail, storage, truck and technical) allow Chieftain to single-source for customers all of the elements of the proppant-logistics equation. Chieftain customers, both oil field services and E&P companies, achieve cost savings and supply chain certainty.
Chieftain appreciates the complexity and the factor inputs that need to come together to execute a stimulation job according to plan (i.e., on-time and on-budget), and can provide proppants on a “single, all-in price to the wellhead”, or on any customer-specified basis. Chieftain’s logistical expertise and capability ensures customers avoid costly completion delays.
Industrial Silica and Construction Products - Regional
Chieftain’s plant produces aggregate and industrial silica products for the filtration, specialty industrial, silica materials, road-building, and construction (concrete sand and masonry sand) markets.
